WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - It’s a tasty dish that’s great for your Thanksgiving spread.

It’s called Boston Baked and it’s an easy dish Chef Chris Manning prepares here with scallops. He says it’s also great as a topping or stuffing for fish, shrimp, and crab.

The recipe is below. He also shows us his cranberry orange relish that goes great with turkey and ham and is especially good with turkey sandwiches. You can find that recipe here.

Boston Baked

- 1 stick butter, melted

- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed

- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

- 1 teaspoon onion powder

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Salt and pepper to taste

- 1 teaspoon dry vermouth for every six scallops

- Scallops

Season scallops with salt and pepper and place in the bottom of a baking dish along with vermouth. Cover with cracker crumb mixture and bake at 350-375 degrees for about 20 minutes.
