Blast from the Past: Fallen Navy commander comes home in 1986

WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - As we remember veterans this Memorial Day, we go back to May of 1986 when the Boonville community welcomed home a fallen Navy commander who, for 14 years, was on the Vietnam missing in action list.
