WATERTOWN, New York (WWNY) - Most of your feedback is about Watertown’s water situation. A pipe from the 1930s broke last Thursday, draining the entire system:
Now that we all know how decrepitly old the pipes are...it’d be a no-brainer to start focusing on...replacing them before another cent is spent on future tourism-type things.
